SPIN-GRIT BRUSHES



These brushed used for removing soft and light scale deposits in straight, ferrous and non-ferrous tubes.The abrasive impregnated nylon bristles of this brush clean and polish tubes in one step. Unlike regular spiral brushes SpinGrit is designed to be oversized in the tube so the bristle lay over, putting the abrasive in contact with the tube wall. Order brush to correspond with tube I.D.

CONE CUTTER ASSEMBLIES

Cone Cutter Assemblies are used for removing scale from curved and straight tubes. Assemblies are slightly smaller then tube I.D. Scale is cut at the smaller tapered end finished at the larger end. The rotation of the tool ensures a through cleaning. In water tube boiler, cone cutters are the most effective cleaning tools for all conditions. To order refer to the tables below.
